- Penne250 g
- Cherry tomatoes1 cup
- Buffalo Mozzarella150 g
- Basil to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil1/4 cup
- Sugar1 teaspoon
- Parmesan cheese to taste
- Cook the pasta according to package directions and set aside.
- In a pan, heat the olive oil, add the tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano, basil leaves and a pinch of sugar. Cook until the tomatoes wilt.
- Put the pasta in a refractory and spread the chopped buffalo mozzarella. Throw the tomatoes with olive oil still hot on top.
- Sprinkle parmesan and serve next.
