- Penne500 g
- Shimeji400 g
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Cherry Tomato90 g
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Basil30 g
- Olive Oil, Salt, Chimichurri to taste
- In a pan with plenty of water, bring to a boil and add salt. Add the Penne to cook and leave al dente.
- In another pan put a drizzle of olive oil, the onion in cubes and the crushed garlic to brown. Add the shimeji and let it cook well. Put the salt and seasonings and mix.
- Then the cherry tomatoes and let it cook for 3 minutes and mix. Last put the basil and mix. Serve.
