Penne with Gorgonzola Sauce

Coloque os tomates e os dentes de alho na travessa, tempere com sal, orégano e azeite. Acrescente o queijo gorgonzola picado no centro e leve ao forno 180ºC por 35 minutos.

Place the tomatoes and garlic cloves on the platter, season with salt, oregano and olive oil. Add the chopped Gorgonzola cheese in the center and bake at 180ºC for 35 minutes.

Em uma panela ferva 2.5 litros de água, após levantar fervura adicione sal a massa e misture, cozinhe por aproximadamente 6 minutos. Escorra e lave em água corrente para retirar o excesso de amido.


In a pan, boil 2.5 liters of water, after boiling, add salt to the pasta and mix, cook for approximately 6 minutes. Drain and rinse under running water to remove excess starch.


Retire a travessa do forno e misture tudo até virar uma pasta, acrescente o manjericão e a massa e misture.

Remove the dish from the oven and mix everything until it becomes a paste, add the basil and the pasta and mix.
