Penne with Gorgonzola Sauce

  • Penne500 g
  • Gorgonzola200 g
  • Wheat Flour3 tablespoon
  • Milk Cream1 unit(s)
  • Milk1 cup
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
  • Salt, Nutmeg and Oil to taste
  • Green Smell30 g
  1. In a pan, bring water to a boil with salt, then cook the penne until al dente.
  2. In another pan put a drizzle of olive oil and add the onion cut into cubes, the crushed garlic to brown. In a mug mix the milk with the wheat flour.
  3. Add this mixture to the pan and mix well. Put the gorgonzola cheese in small cubes to melt in the sauce. Always mix.
  4. Put nutmeg and salt, mix. When the sauce is thick, turn it off. Put the penne in a refractory and add the sauce on top and then the green smell.
