  • Large minced garlic cloves4 unit(s)
  • Cherry tomato (one box)350 g
  • Gorgonzola cheese350 g
  • Mozzarella cheese200 g
  • Box of sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Dried Basil, Oregano and Black Pepper to taste
  • Penne pasta500 g
  1. Cook the pasta in salted water and set aside.
  2. In In a large pan put olive oil to taste, the chopped garlic and brown, without letting it burn.
  3. Add the tomatoes, cheeses, basil, oregano, pepper, cover the pan and leave on low heat until the tomatoes soften.
  4. After the tomatoes have softened, mash them and incorporate with the cream, stir everything until smooth and let it boil.
  5. After boiling, add the macaroni. Serve hot and with a red wine to accompany.
