  • flank steak400 g
  • Penne Pasta500 g
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Tomato extract1 tablespoon
  • Black beer (optional)100 ml
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until it becomes aldent according to package directions.
  2. Season the meat with salt and black pepper and add it to the pan, add the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, dark beer and a little water and let it cook under pressure for 40 min
  3. Remove from the pressure let the broth reduce well and serve with the pasta
