  • flank steak200 g
  • Penne Pasta200 g
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Tomato extract1 tablespoon
  • Optional stout100 ml
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  1. Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, following package directions.
  2. Season the meat with salt and black pepper and seal in the pan. Add chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, black beer and a little water. Let it cook under pressure for 40 minutes.
  3. Remove the pressure check the point of the meat let the broth reduce well and Serve with the pasta
