- Penne Pasta200 g
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Tomato extract1 tablespoon
- Optional stout100 ml
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, following package directions.
- Season the meat with salt and black pepper and seal in the pan. Add chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, black beer and a little water. Let it cook under pressure for 40 minutes.
