  • Olive oil02 tablespoon
  • Chopped Onion01 unit(s)
  • Crushed Garlic02 unit(s)
  • Tomato sauce1/2 can(s)
  • Red wine3/4 cup
  • Parsley0 to taste
  • Oregano0 to taste
  • Black pepper0 to taste
  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions and set aside. To make the sauce. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and stir until onion is soft. Add tomato sauce and then the wine gradually. Let it boil until the sauce thickens and reduces. Add parsley and oregano. To serve, place spoonfuls of the sauce on the pasta and, if you wish, you can put grated or thinly sliced Parmesan cheese.
