Wholemeal Penne

Chicken fillet seasoned with salt and pepper

Cherry Tomatoes (usually 1 box)

pesto sauce

Crisp mixed lettuce

Penne salad with pesto dressing

Cozinhar o macarrão com sal e azeite. Depois de cozido, deixe esfriar para misturar os ingredientes. (Dependendo do tempo de 20min)

Cook the pasta with salt and oil. Once cooked, let it cool to mix the ingredients. (Depending on 20min time)

Em um vasilha colocar no fundo um pouco de azeite, depois misture o macarrão e acrescente o pesto. Misture até que o todos estejam com o pesto.
Em seguida acrescente o tomate cereja, pode colocar tb Pinori ou lascas de amêndoas. Em seguida as folhas picadas de alface, mas não misture muito, deixe-as mais por cima do macarrão.
O frango (grelhado em azeite), vai em lascas por cima de toda a salada. 😉😋
