- Milk500 ml
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Wheat Flour1 tablespoon
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- Sour cream200 ml
- Cream Cheese2 tablespoon
- Ham300 g
- Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
- Cooked penne pasta500 g
- Basil to taste
- Saute onion and garlic in butter. Once they are almost golden, add to a tablespoon of wheat flour. Stirring constantly to avoid lumps, for approximately 2 minutes on low heat. Soon after I added the milk, salt, black pepper and the ground nutmeg. Stirring constantly until thickened, about 10 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and add the cream, cottage cheese, chopped ham and basil. Stir to mix the ingredients and add the cooked penne noodles. Here at home we like it more to the tooth.
