  • penne pasta200 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Water2 l
  • Spinach150 g
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic1 unit(s)
  • Milk350 ml
  • Mozzarella cheese100 g
  • Parmesan cheese50 g
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Turmeric (turmeric)1 teaspoon
  • Extra Olive Oil3 tablespoon
  1. Put the water to boil.
  2. Then add salt and pasta. Cook for 10 minutes or longer if needed. As far as you like.
  3. Rinse the spinach in hot water and drain.
  4. Sauté the onion in olive oil, then the crushed and chopped garlic and turmeric. Add the spinach and sauté.
  5. Add the flour and milk and stir until thickened.
  6. Add the mozzarella cheese on top and place over the pasta.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and place in the oven to brown. Is ready.
