  • Pastry dough cut into 15x2cm strips to taste
  • Sour cream5 tablespoon
  • ketchup3 tablespoon
  • Soy Sauce1 dessert spoon
  • Soybean oil to taste
  1. Prepare the rosé sauce by mixing the cream with the ketchup and soy sauce until smooth. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan or frying pan and fry the pastel strips. Place on a plate lined with paper towel to drain the fat well.
  3. Serve the snacks accompanied by rosé sauce.
