- Ham to taste
- Cheese to taste
- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- Mayonnaise (curd cheese or catupiry)1 tablespoon
- Oregano to taste
- Mix cheese, oregano, mayonnaise and tomato
- In the open dough place the ham and spread the mixture with the cheese, make the roll
- It can be made fried or baked, to fry you have to close it well so the stuffing doesn't leak and bread, wetting the dough and passing it in wheat or bread flour
- If you are going to bake you have to put it on a greased roast and cover with aluminum foil for 15 minutes then take it out and leave it for another 15 minutes to get golden.
