  • Wheat Flour1 kg
  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Salt1 tablespoon
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Dose drip1/2 to taste
  • Vinegar1 teaspoon
  • Water250 ml
  1. Mix the ingredients in a bowl and knead with your hands.
  2. Knead the dough well on a smooth floured surface.
  3. Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough to the desired thickness.
  4. Cut the dough in the size you want to make the pastries.
  5. Stuff according to your preference.
  6. Fry in very hot oil.
