  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Chopped tomato6 unit(s)
  • Salt and pepper0 to taste
  • Chopped Olives1 cup
  • Clean shrimp1 kg
  • Wheat flour1 tablespoon
  • Pastry dough500 g
  1. In a pan, put the oil, the onion and let it fry for 5 minutes, in medium fire.
  2. Add the tomatoes, salt, pepper, parsley, olives, mix well and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until a thick sauce forms.
  3. Add the cleaned prawns, the flour, mix well and let it cook for 5 minutes or until the prawns are soft.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool.
  5. Open the pastry doughs and remove the plastic film from one side of the dough.
  6. Put the stuffing, fold in half and pinch the edges well with a fork.
  7. Remove the plastic film and fry, gradually, in immersion, in hot oil, for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Drain on absorbent paper and serve immediately.
