Parsley100 g
Onion1 unit(s)

Sour cream100 g
Chives100 g
Grated Cheese to taste
Salt to taste

Once cut, brown all the vegetables, starting with the zucchini, the leek, the onion and the garlic.
Once cooked (take a few minutes before it's completely ready, as it will cook in the skillet), throw the pasta straight from the pan into the skillet and let it fry a little.
Stir well and pour some of the cooking water into the mixture to form a light broth and not leave it too dry.
Add the cream (optional) to give it a little more flavor and then decorate with chives and parsley.
Stir well and adjust the salt
