  • chicken broth1 unit(s)
  • water2 cup
  • Heavy cream2 can(s)
  • cream cheese1 cup
  • diced ham100 g
  • pea1 can(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • penne pasta, screw or tie500 g
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for sprinkling to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  1. Dissolve the chicken broth in the water, pour it into a pressure cooker and add the Heavy cream, the ham, the peas, salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Add the macaroni and mix with a spoon. Cover, place over medium heat and cook for 5 minutes after the pressure starts.
  3. Turn off and let the pressure come out naturally. Open the pan, transfer to a platter
  4. sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and voila. just serve.
