- Pasta of your choice1 kg
- milk1 l
- corn starch2 tablespoon
- margarine3 tablespoon
- grated cheese200 g
- salt to taste
- oil for cooking pasta2 tablespoon
- water2 l
- black pepper to taste
- beef bouillon cube1 unit(s)
- chopped bacon400 g
- grated onion1 unit(s)
- Put the water, oil, salt in a pan and bring to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook until al dente.
- In another pan, melt the margarine and throw the onion until golden. Play the meat broth until it dissolves. Gradually add the milk with the cornstarch, always stirring to avoid lumps.
- Add the black pepper and 100 grams of grated cheese. Let it boil and turn off
- In a frying pan, fry the bacon. In a refractory pour the macaroni, add the sauce, throw the bacon on top and the rest of the grated cheese. Enjoy your food
