- cashew nuts1 cup

- olive oil2 teaspoon

- black pepper1 teaspoon
- yeast4 tablespoon
- plant milk or water1 cup
- sliced mushrooms1 cup
- Let the cashew nut hydrate in hot water for 30 minutes
- Fry the onion and garlic in the oil for 2 minutes.
- Add salt and let it cook until golden.
- Place the remaining ingredients in a blender and blend well.
- In a frying pan with the olive oil, place half the onion, garlic and leave it on medium heat until golden.
- Then add the mushrooms and sauté for 4 min, stir and remove them by separating them in a container.
- Put the blender mixture together with the garlic and onion and leave it on the fire for 10 minutes.
- Note: if necessary, you can add more salt and pepper.
- Choose a pasta (your preference), add the mushrooms and then just mix it with the sauce.
