- Macaroni300 g
- Sour cream2 can(s)
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 to taste
- Ham300 g
- Cook the pasta pasta (your choice - penne, screw, spaghetti) in boiling water with a little oil
- Drain the pasta and reserve
- In a pan, add the oil, the crushed garlic, the chopped onion and sauté.
- Chop the ham and add to the sautéed
- Put the cream together with the sautéed
- Leave the cream in the pan and turn off the heat before bringing it to a boil.
- Pour the sauce over the pasta noodles
- Use salt to taste over the sauce.
