- Pasta of your choice2 cup
- Diced Potatoes2 unit(s)
- Diced Carrots1 unit(s)
- Chuchu in cubes1 unit(s)
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Crushed garlic3 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Season to taste
- Cook the vegetables until soft
- Do the same with the pasta.
- In a pan put the oil and garlic and let it brown.
- Add the cooked vegetables and mix
- Add the pasta, salt and seasoning and mix again.
