Pasta with tomato sauce and cheese

  • cream cheese (Philadephia type)100 g
  • tomato sauce4 tablespoon
  • milk1 tablespoon
  • soft olive oil1 teaspoon
  • chopped onion to taste
  • oregano to taste
  • basil to taste
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  1. Fry the onion over medium heat with the oil until transparent and let it heat up a little.
  2. Mix the onion with the cream cheese, tomato sauce, milk, spices and salt. We booked.
  3. We cook the pasta in boiling water with a little salt, according to the manufacturer's instructions. Once cooked, we remove it and take it to drain.
  4. Add the sauce to the pasta and serve hot, sprinkled with some chopped fresh basil, oregano, parsley, etc.
