- Sour cream1/2 unit(s)
- Macaroni Cooking Water1/2 cup
- Olive Oil2 tablespoon
- Cook the macaroni and set aside.
- In a skillet with olive oil, sauté the spinach seasoned to taste.
- Then add the cream and the cooking water.
- Mix and let it steep for 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked macaroni and mix well.
