500 g of pasta. / sausages in slices. / 1/2 chopped onion. / 3 cloves of minced garlic. / 1 Thread of olive oil. / 1 sachet of tomato sauce. / 1/2 glass of water. / Salt to taste. / chimichurry. / chopped parsley and chives1 to taste

Cook the pasta according to the package, drain the water and set aside.
In the pan put 1 thread of oil, the onion and the garlic and leave it until golden. Add the sausages and let them fry over low heat.
Add the tomato sauce, water and season with salt, chimichurry or whatever seasonings you like best. Cover the pan and let the sauce reduce a little.
Mix the sauce in the pasta and finish with chopped parsley and chives on top and it's ready to serve.
