  • Spaghetti500 g
  • Tuscan Sausage500 g
  • Tomato2 g
  • Onion1 g
  • Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
  • Green Chili1 unit(s)
  • Dry White Wine50 ml
  • Green Smell50 g
  • Salt, Oregano, Black Pepper and Olive Oil to taste
  • Tomato Sauce1 unit(s)
  • Grated Parmesan50 g
  1. In a pan, over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil and place the skinless sausage cut into slices to brown. Add the crushed garlic and the diced onion to brown.
  2. Put the green peppers and tomatoes to sauté. Add the wine, mix a little. After 5 minutes add the sauce, salt, black pepper, oregano and green smell. Let the sauce cook. In another pan, put plenty of water and salt, when the water is boiling, put the spaghetti to cook. Leave al dente. Remove all the water from the spaghetti and mix it with the sauce, place it on a platter and sprinkle with parmesan.
