Tomato sauce2 cup
Salt1 tablespoon
Oregano, black pepper and red sazon1 to taste
Sugar for the sauce1 teaspoon
Chopped Parsley6 unit(s)

Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)

Put the sausages to boil for 5 minutes. Then drain and cut into slices.
In another pan put a thread of oil and the onion. Let it fry, add the garlic and stir for another 3 minutes.
I put the tomato sauce, and the oregano, black pepper and sazon seasonings.
I put a teaspoon of sugar in the sauce to get the acid out. Let it boil for another 2 minutes. And I put the sausages. stir and reserve
Put the pasta to cook in 1 liter of boiling water. Once it is ready, just mix the sauce with the sausage in the pasta. and serve
