- Sausage cut into slices150 g
- Salt to taste
- Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the package and set aside.
- In a skillet, add a drizzle of olive oil and fry the sausage over low heat until golden.
- Then add the onion and let it wilt.
- Then add the sauce with a little water and leave it on the fire until it boils, correct the salt if necessary.
- Drain the gaua from the pasta, add the sauce and mix well and serve.
