- Salt1 teaspoon
- Cottage cheese2 tablespoon
- Macaroni500 g
- grated cheese to taste
- Start by frying the sausage very well.
- Add the garlic and sauté well.
- Add the tomato sauce, oregano and salt and stir.
- Add the pasta, fill with water and cover until the pasta is cooked.
- When the macaroni is almost cooked, add the curd and cheese.
- At the end, you can add cherry tomatoes and basil.
