Seasonings to taste

Bring the sausage to the fire with water to boil, after boiling remove from the fire and drain the water.
Chop the sausage in the shape you think is best, I chop it as in the photo and set it aside
Take a pan to the fire with water, after boiling add the pasta of your choice, I use the penne, let the pasta cook for around 7 minutes, check if it is cooked
Drain the pasta and put it back in the pan.
In a pan add garlic, onion, black pepper, Sazón knnor and tomato sauce.
Let it boil well, add the chopped sausages to this sauce
Mix in the noodles and serve, you can add mozzarella on top that is delicious
