- Olive oil to taste
- Place the minced meat already seasoned to taste in the pan, sauté it in the oil.
- After golden, put the seasonings, peppers, tomato, tomato sauce, add approximately 1 cup of water. Hit the salt, put a few drops of pepper sauce, green smell and olives. Let it boil and add the macaroni little by little and stir together with the sauce over low heat.
- Finish with ham and chives.
