- Oil3 tablespoon
- Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Water500 ml
- Macaroni500 g
- grated mozzarella to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- In a pressure cooker, sauté the ground beef with the oil, the crushed garlic and the chopped onion; wait for the meat to fry
- Add tomato sauce, sour cream, water and pasta
- Cover the pan and reduce the fire, when it comes to pressure, let it cook for another 5 minutes.
- Remove the pasta from the pan and transfer it to a platter, then sprinkle with the cheese and garnish with the parsley.
