  • Oil3 tablespoon
  • Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Tomato sauce1 can(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Water500 ml
  • Macaroni500 g
  • grated mozzarella to taste
  • Parsley to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. In a pressure cooker, sauté the ground beef with the oil, the crushed garlic and the chopped onion; wait for the meat to fry
  2. Add tomato sauce, sour cream, water and pasta
  3. Cover the pan and reduce the fire, when it comes to pressure, let it cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the pasta from the pan and transfer it to a platter, then sprinkle with the cheese and garnish with the parsley.
