Ingredients
- Ground beef | 300 g
- Chopped Onion | 1 unit(s)
- Crushed garlic | 3 unit(s)
- Seasonings to taste (salt, black pepper, hot paprika, and oregano) | to taste
- Chives and parsley | to taste
- Egg | 1 unit(s)
- Wheat flour | 3 tablespoon
- Ready-made tomato sauce | 1 can(s)
- Cooked noodles (I used the nest) | 300 g
Recipe
- Mix all the ingredients for preparing the meatballs until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Form balls the size you want
- In a pan, put a drizzle of oil and let it heat up.
- Add the meatballs and let them brown on both sides (don't worry they will finish cooking in the sauce)
- After browning both sides, set aside (yields 13 meatballs in total)
- In the same pan, add 1/2 chopped onion and when golden add the tomato sauce, basil, a glass of water and the meatballs.
- Cook over medium heat until the sauce has thickened and the meatballs are cooked.
- In a refractory, add the cooked pasta and top the sauce with the meatballs.
- Now just serve. Good appetite ❤️
