  • Ground beef | 300 g
  • Chopped Onion | 1 unit(s)
  • Crushed garlic | 3 unit(s)
  • Seasonings to taste (salt, black pepper, hot paprika, and oregano) |  to taste
  • Chives and parsley |  to taste
  • Egg | 1 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour | 3 tablespoon
  • Ready-made tomato sauce | 1 can(s)
  • Cooked noodles (I used the nest) | 300 g


  1. Mix all the ingredients for preparing the meatballs until you get a homogeneous mass.
  2. Form balls the size you want
  3. In a pan, put a drizzle of oil and let it heat up.
  4. Add the meatballs and let them brown on both sides (don't worry they will finish cooking in the sauce)
  5. After browning both sides, set aside (yields 13 meatballs in total)
  6. In the same pan, add 1/2 chopped onion and when golden add the tomato sauce, basil, a glass of water and the meatballs.
  7. Cook over medium heat until the sauce has thickened and the meatballs are cooked.
  8. In a refractory, add the cooked pasta and top the sauce with the meatballs.
  9. Now just serve. Good appetite ❤️
