PASTA WITH MEATBALLS

Vamos começar cozinhando o macarrão conforme as instruções da embalagem. 
Enquanto o macarrão cozinha vamos preparar as almôndegas. 
Tempere a carne moída a gosto, e acrescente um pouco de amido de milho . Misture muito bem e faça as bolinhas . Com as bolinhas ja prontas, aqueça uma panela antiaderente e coloque a manteiga .
Coloque as almôndegas para dar uma leve fritada.
Retire as almôndegas, e na mesma frigideira faça um molho bem gostoso e temperado. Depois do molho pronto, coloque as almôndegas e deixe as cozinhar nesse molho por 10 minutos.

Quando as almôndegas já estiverem bem firmes e cozidas, escorra o macarrão e coloque na panela junto com o molho e as almôndegas. Misture e deixe refogar um pouco, Finalize cheiro bastante cheiro verde e está pronto para servir.
