- Spaghetti Noodles300 g
- Tomato Sauce2 cup
- Garlic and Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Chopped Onion to taste
- Ground beef600 g
- Seasonings to taste
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Corn Starch (Maizena)1 tablespoon
- Let's start by cooking the pasta according to the package instructions. While the pasta is cooking, we are going to prepare the meatballs. Season the ground beef to taste, and add a little cornstarch. Mix very well and make balls. With the balls already ready, heat a non-stick pan and put the butter. Put the meatballs to give a light fry. Remove the meatballs, and in the same skillet make a very tasty and seasoned sauce. After the sauce is ready, put the meatballs and let them cook in this sauce for 10 minutes.
- When the meatballs are already very firm and cooked, drain the pasta and put it in the pan along with the sauce and meatballs. Mix and let it sauté a little, Finish with a lot of green smell and it's ready to serve.
