  • Recipe
  • Homemade fresh pork sausage1 unit(s)
  • Homemade tomato sauce2 cup
  • Chopped Onion1/4 cup
  • Minced garlic1 teaspoon
  • Fresh chopped basil to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Pasta of your choice, cooked3 cup
  • Green Spice to taste
  1. Remove the skin from the sausage and break up the meat well (grind in a food processor if necessary).
  2. In a heated pan, sauté the sausage well, add the onion and garlic and continue to sauté.
  3. Add the tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
  4. Cook for about 7 minutes. Adjust the salt and finish with the basil and green seasoning.
  5. Serve the ragu with the cooked pasta and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
