- Homemade fresh pork sausage1 unit(s)
- Homemade tomato sauce2 cup
- Chopped Onion1/4 cup
- Minced garlic1 teaspoon
- Fresh chopped basil to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Sea salt to taste
- Pasta of your choice, cooked3 cup
- Green Spice to taste
- Remove the skin from the sausage and break up the meat well (grind in a food processor if necessary).
- In a heated pan, sauté the sausage well, add the onion and garlic and continue to sauté.
- Add the tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
- Cook for about 7 minutes. Adjust the salt and finish with the basil and green seasoning.
- Serve the ragu with the cooked pasta and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
