  • Olive oil to taste
  • Gizzard100 g
  • Salt to taste
  • White onion40 g
  • Garlic10 g
  • Colorau5 g
  • Homemade chicken broth (recipe in Chico Bento's book)200 ml
  • cherry tomato20 g
  • Eryngui Mushroom15 g
  • Tie Noodles180 g
  • Parsley to taste
  • Chives to taste
  • Finely grated Parmesan cheese10 g
  1. In a pan with oil, brown the gizzard seasoned with salt and pepper.
  2. Add half of the onion, garlic and paprika and sauté for another 5 minutes. Cover with chicken broth and cook under pressure for about 40 minutes.
  3. Remove the pressure and add the cherry tomato, mushroom and the rest of the onion. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Cook the pasta and add the gizzard to the pasta. Finish with the parsley, chives, parmesan and a drizzle of olive oil.
