  • Macaroni400 g
  • Parmesan80 g
  • Gorgonzola100 g
  • Gruyere80 g
  • Taleggio80 g
  • Milk180 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  1. Start by boiling the water for the pasta.
  2. Grate the gruyere, cut the gorgonzola and taleggio into small cubes.
  3. Place the milk in a pan and place over medium heat. Leave on medium heat for a while and reduce to low heat. Add the gorgonzola to the pan.
  4. After the gorgonzola add the taleggio. Stir to help dissolve the two.
  5. Finally add the gruyere and grated parmesan.
  6. Remove the al dente paste and place in the cheese sauce. Let the pasta finish cooking in the sauce for 2-3 minutes.
