- Macaroni400 g
- Parmesan80 g
- Gorgonzola100 g
- Gruyere80 g
- Taleggio80 g
- Milk180 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Start by boiling the water for the pasta.
- Grate the gruyere, cut the gorgonzola and taleggio into small cubes.
- Place the milk in a pan and place over medium heat. Leave on medium heat for a while and reduce to low heat. Add the gorgonzola to the pan.
- After the gorgonzola add the taleggio. Stir to help dissolve the two.
- Finally add the gruyere and grated parmesan.
- Remove the al dente paste and place in the cheese sauce. Let the pasta finish cooking in the sauce for 2-3 minutes.
