Pasta with cream sauce and sirloin steak

  • Pappardelle or any other pasta500 g
  • Veal fillet1 kg
  • cream300 g
  • Parmesan100 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Cooking water to taste
  1. I start by putting the pasta to cook in boiling salted water.
  2. Cut the steaks and season with salt and pepper on both sides and set aside.
  3. With a very hot skillet, fry the steaks for 3 minutes on each side and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet I put the butter, the cream and let it incorporate. I go in with the cooked pasta, the parmesan and mix well!
  5. I'll be back with the steaks and just enjoy it 🤤
