- Pappardelle or any other pasta500 g
- Veal fillet1 kg
- cream300 g
- Parmesan100 g
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Olive oil to taste
- Cooking water to taste
- I start by putting the pasta to cook in boiling salted water.
- Cut the steaks and season with salt and pepper on both sides and set aside.
- With a very hot skillet, fry the steaks for 3 minutes on each side and set aside.
- In the same skillet I put the butter, the cream and let it incorporate. I go in with the cooked pasta, the parmesan and mix well!
- I'll be back with the steaks and just enjoy it 🤤
