- Butter4 tablespoon
- Fresh thyme1 tablespoon
- Rosemary1 tablespoon
- Chicken breast cubes500 g
- Wheat flour3 tablespoon
- Warm Milk750 ml
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Pepper1 coffee spoon
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Fresh parsley1 cup
- Chives1/2 cup
- Parmesan cheese1 cup
- tagliatelle noodles500 g
- In a large saucepan, add the butter, thyme and rosemary. Mix
- Add the chicken and sauté for 3 minutes, or until sealed. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
- Add the flour and stir until lightly golden.
- Gradually add the warm milk, whisking constantly.
- Add salt, pepper and onion. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the parsley and chives. Beat everything with the help of a mixer or blender.
- Cook until the sauce is bubbly. Add the Parmesan and mix until the cheese melts.
- Turn off the heat and put the chicken back in.
- Add the cooked pasta and serve immediately.
