  • Macaroni200 g
  • Burrata1 unit(s)
  • cherry tomato250 g
  • Olive oil1 cup
  • Basil to taste
  • Bacon100 g
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Aluminum foil to taste
  • Parmesan Cheese to taste
  1. Place the grape tomatoes, olive oil, bacon, salt and pepper in a pan, cover with aluminum foil and bake in a very low oven (80º to 100º) for 1h15m.
  2. Cook the macaroni and set aside
  3. Remove the tamate from the oven, drain the oil, and bake for another 10 minutes.
  4. Add the burrata, basil and stir until melted, add the pasta and serve with the grated Parmesan on top.
  5. TIP: you can put it back in the oven to brown it
