Pasta with Bolognese sauce

Coloque 2L de água em uma panela. Após ferver, adicione uma colher de chá de sal e depois o macarrão. Cozinhe por 8 minutos, enquanto isso vá preparando o molho (separe um pouco da água do cozimento do macarrão - 500mL)

Put 2L of water in a pan. After boiling, add a teaspoon of salt and then the pasta. Cook for 8 minutes, meanwhile prepare the sauce (separate a little of the pasta cooking water - 500mL)

Em uma panela acrescente a carne moída, depois que soltar toda a água adicione as cebolas, o alho, o pimentão e os temperinhos da sua preferência (usei sal, páprica defumada e tempero baiano).

In a pan add the ground beef, after releasing all the water add the onions, garlic, peppers and seasonings of your choice (I used salt, smoked paprika and Bahian seasoning).

Adicione 500mL de água do cozimento do macarrão, extrato de tomate, ajusta o sal, noz moscada, orégano, cheiro verde, coentro e manjericão.

Add 500mL of pasta cooking water, tomato paste, salt, nutmeg, oregano, parsley, coriander and basil.

Depois de apurar bem, você pode colocar por cima do macarrão ou despejá-lo no molho. 

Once it's thoroughly refined, you can put it on top of the pasta or pour it into the sauce.
