- Pasta500 g
- Ground beef300 g
- Red Onion2 unit(s)
- Garlic4 unit(s)
- Red Bell Pepper1 unit(s)
- Water for pasta2 l
- Salt to taste
- Tomato extract2 tablespoon
- Parsley, coriander and basil to taste
- Put 2L of water in a pan. After boiling, add a teaspoon of salt and then the pasta. Cook for 8 minutes, meanwhile prepare the sauce (separate a little of the pasta cooking water - 500mL)
- In a pan add the ground beef, after releasing all the water add the onions, garlic, peppers and seasonings of your choice (I used salt, smoked paprika and Bahian seasoning).
- Add 500mL of pasta cooking water, tomato paste, salt, nutmeg, oregano, parsley, coriander and basil.
- Once it's thoroughly refined, you can put it on top of the pasta or pour it into the sauce.
- To finish, grated parmesan cheese and basil to taste.
