- Macaroni400 g
- soy sauce to taste
- Onion to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Tomato Extract to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Put 3 liters of water with salt and oil to boil.
- When it is boiling add the pasta, when it is al dente remove from the heat and drain the water.
- In another pan, put oil, tomato extract, soy sauce, onion and 50 ml of water, bring to a boil and add the pasta.
- Mix and serve.
