- Noodles or spaghetti300 g
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Peeled Tomato1 cup
- Black Olives1/2 cup
- Fresh Basil to taste
- Capers2 tablespoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Let it wither and add the chopped peeled tomato. Let it cook for about 5 minutes. Add the sliced olives, the chopped capers, the freshly ground black pepper and let it simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Add the cooked pasta and finish with the basil leaves and parmesan shavings.
