500 g of cooked al dente penne / 2 tablespoons of olive oil / 2 cloves of minced garlic / 1 can of tomato sauce / 200 g of your favorite curd / 1 can of sour cream / 300 g of ham chopped / 300 g of chopped mozzarella / Salt and pepper to taste

Pasta sauce

Em uma panela aqueça o azeite e doure o alho.
Junte o molho de tomate, o requeijão e o creme de leite.
Tempere com sal e pimenta.
Deixe no fogo brando até o requeijão derreter.
Desligue o fogo e misture a mussarela e o presunto picados.
Em um refratário coloque o macarrão, despeje o molho e polvilhe o queijo ralado por cima em seguida sirva.


In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the garlic.
Add the tomato sauce, cream cheese and cream.
Season with salt and pepper.
Leave on low heat until the cheese melts.
