  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Tomato1/2 unit(s)
  • Seasonings to taste
  • Green smell to taste
  • Ketchup1 tablespoon
  • BBQ1 tablespoon
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Cottage cheese1 tablespoon
  • Cheese to taste
  1. Season the meat with seasonings to taste, I used salt, cumin, smoked paprika and vinegar
  2. let marinate
  3. In the pressure cooker, sauté the onion and tomato.
  4. After that, add the meat and fry well.
  5. Add the ketchup and the barbecue and mix.
  6. add the noodles
  7. Fill with water until everything is covered.
  8. Cover the pot and after getting pressure, leave it for 5 minutes and turn it off.
  9. Wait for the steam to come out and open the pan.
  10. Turn the heat back on, leave it on low heat
  11. Add the cream, curd and cheese, mix
  12. Bring to a boil for the sauce to thicken
  13. Finish with green smell
