- Macaroni500 g
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Cottage cheese1 can(s)
- Butter3 tablespoon
- Green Smell to taste
- Garlic5 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Water1 l
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- In a pan, put the water to boil, with a pinch of salt and a spoon of oil. When it is bubbling, put the noodles to cook.
- After the pasta is cooked, drain the pasta water well.
- In a pan, heat two tablespoons of butter, brown two cloves of garlic and the onion, when it is golden add the pasta and stir well, then Reserve.
- Clean the shrimp and season with salt, pepper and garlic.
- Fry the shrimp in butter, when the shrimp is very fried add the cream and cream cheese and finish with the green smell
