- Wheat flour2 cup
- Chicken broth1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Put the water and chicken broth in a pan.
- After heating, add the flour little by little and keep stirring.
- After it thickens, it cooks and comes off the pan.
- Remove from heat and let cool on a flat surface.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin greased with flour.
- Shape and fill as you like.
- Fry in hot oil.
