  • Thick Long Dough500 g
  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Butter3 tablespoon
  • Minced Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Salt0 to taste
  • Grated Fresh Parmesan150 g
  • Freshly ground pepper0 to taste
  • Enough hot water to cook the pasta0 to taste
  1. Heat a large frying pan with the oil and butter, add the garlic and the pasta and add the hot water and stir until the pasta reaches al dente.
  2. At this point, add a little more water and parmesan cheese, stir well - transfer to a large platter and finish with freshly ground pepper.
