- Butter3 tablespoon
- Minced Garlic2 unit(s)
- Salt0 to taste
- Grated Fresh Parmesan150 g
- Freshly ground pepper0 to taste
- Enough hot water to cook the pasta0 to taste
- Heat a large frying pan with the oil and butter, add the garlic and the pasta and add the hot water and stir until the pasta reaches al dente.
- At this point, add a little more water and parmesan cheese, stir well - transfer to a large platter and finish with freshly ground pepper.
