Cooked spaghetti noodles500 g
Chopped tomato2 unit(s)
Tomato sauce100 g
Fine herbs1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan Cheese100 g
Cottage cheese4 tablespoon

In a pan, place the garlic, onion and sauté well. Stir in the chopped sausage and fry.
Add the chopped tomato, black pepper, salt, fine herbs and tomato sauce. Leave to cook for 2 minutes.
Add the cooked pasta and mix well. Transfer to a larger glass bowl, mix the curd and sprinkle the grated cheese on top and serve.
